Abstract

Checking Ship Proof Documents at the Port On Traditional Fishermen Ships Unit Penyelenggara Pelabuhan is a government institution at the port as an authority that carries out regulatory, controlling, supervisory functions for port activities, and providing port services for ports that have not been commercially cultivated. Rapid information technology is needed to make services faster and more accurate and based on existing procedures, precise, and easy. This study aims to find out what are the documents on the feasibility of fishing boats in Unit Penyelenggara Pelabuhan Juwana. This research used Observation, Interview, and Documentation method. Observation method by writer is by observing directly at the dock of Port of Juwana Organizer Unit. Interview method by asking directly to employees Unit Penyelenggara Pelabuhan. And the last is the method of documentation that is by searching and collecting data from books, notes, etc. The result of this research is checking the document of eligibility of fishing boats in Unit Penyelenggara Pelabuhan Juwana very satisfactory because it is based on existing procedures. And also know the related agencies and documents in checking the eligibility documents Unit Penyelenggara Pelabuhan. Keywords : Eligibility documents, Observation, Interview, Documentation.
