Abstract
The application of working procedures in KM. LINTAS BAHARI 28 is less implemented correctly. Although the skipper always hold a meeting once a month, but there is still the crew less attention to safety procedures because of the lack of discipline and self-awareness. But there are also conscious crew and wants to obey and apply the safety procedures. The human factor in the accident is a classic conception. The cause of accidents is not free from human. Human factors as the main actors in the work. No single loss ever completely free from human element. Automatic machines still require human supervision. Because of limitations of the human being, the role of a tool - a very important safety equipment and other safety rules to reduce the occurrence of accidents at work. With the rules - these rules, is expected to improve safety and reduce the risk of accidents at work. Keyword of my title is safety procedures, safety equipments and prevention of accidents at work onboard the vessel.
