Abstract

Performances Deck Officer in influenced by many factors . The main factors that affect the level of crew on the board is the fitness and comfortable with their job on board. There are problem with both of that will be influence to their productivity who work on board.that problem which can be reduce of performance and productivity of crew on board and for the company will give an effect like the case when i have observe. All of those are describe on this wish the title of "Optimizing the Implementation of STCW Manila’s amandments 2010 during on watch when the Ship Anchored" . This paper is written in any chapters that will explain and analyze the problems thats happened like how far the effect of diverge implemention procedure for preserve official to the work productivity of shipmen especialy for the deck that has been occurate to the writer and will be explain for detail, before that, writer will explain what the cause of that diverge. In this case, need for prepare navigation and crew perfomance to anchoring . and then navigator who responsible to setting of preserve official procedure must to follow the rule and regulation that have been estabilshed hed based on the written on board. I will try to describe all that happened on board according , my previous experience during sailing practice related to that procedure diverge and explain in detail what factor that can cause that diverge.
