Abstract
Operational handling of the flow of goods loading into containers is the process of inserting and arranging exported goods that have been packaged into container.The purpose of this final project is to investigate the process of stuffing at an export company, barriers and strengths in the process of stuffing, the arrangement of goodsin the container system. The study was conducted at PT. Glory Indonesia is one of garment company in Semarang. For decades PT. Glory Indonesia has been in the garment industry exportactivity. The method used is a case study that takes a certain object to be analyzed in depth with focuses on one issue. Primary data is data obtained directly from the object of research is by direct interviews with employees, staff, and leaders of PT. Glory Indonesia, and data in the form of documents relating to export and stuffing. While the data supporting secondary data obtained from other sources related to research such as books related to the problem understudy. Advice can be given to PT. Glory Indonesia, should conduct employee performance management for stuffing activity at a given time with the addition of staffor the smooth operation of stuffing. PT. Glory Indonesia Main should hold a proper training for employees in the management software or an application for setting the stuffing or the recruitment of new employees are familiar with the information system so that the level of accuracy, precision drafting stuff better andcomfortable.The result of this discussion is to able to maximize the arrangement of the contents in the container. Keywords:operational, exports and the stuffing.
