Abstract
A Port is a place on land and waters with certain limits it’s use as place for ships to berth ,getting the passenger to on and off a place for ships to load and discharge cargo. Port as terminal to berth are equipped with facilities to ensure the safety and security ports also as a place for ships to wait in queve for loading and discharge including the loading and container discharge activities the purpose of this study is to know the loading and discharge process on MV. Maria Pia by Pt Rimo Transport Expressindo at te port the data collecting menthad used obervation. of loading and unloading activities in accordance with the system used by the port of Tanjung Emas makes it easy to know the stages to be carried out when loading and unloading all equipment that will be used in a series of work procedures and procedures that form a single unit. The result of this study is that the container loading and discharge process is in accordance with the system used at the port. Keywords: Procedure, Unloading Container, Equipment.
