Abstract
Indonesia is the largest archipelago country in the world. It is consisting of more than 13,466 islands, ships are the means of transportation that both affordable and could carry lange amount of cargo. Therefore it is inportant for port authority to erforce the ships seaworthyness. It is consisting with under standing the rules, the procedures and the requirement for seaworthyness certificate. The purpose of this study is to know the effort to fulfill the ship’s seaworthyness and conducthing a supervision to support the security and safety at ship. The data collection method uses were of observation, conduct supervision and and provide good procedures regarding the feasibility of the ship. The results of this study is teat it is inportant to fulfill all the procedures and requirement to get seaworthyness certificate. Keywords: Tanjung Pandan KSOP, SPB Issuance, Shipbuilding Feasibility.
