Abstract

PT. BerlianJasa Terminal Indonesia (PT. BJTI) is a subsidiary of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) which is a Spin Off (separation) from the Terminal Business Division of PT. Pelindo III (Persero) Tanjung Perak Branch and was established on January 9, 2002. The main focus at this time is PT. BJTI handled the Domestic Container B / M activities at the Tanjung Perak Terminal in Surabaya, in addition to handling other supporting activities related to port services. Mid 2008 until now PT. BJTI is trusted to manage the KawasanSatui Terminal which is an area of PT. Pelindo III Kotabaru Branch in South Kalimantan, by handling the activities of Coal Mining / Bungkil, Kernil and Wood Shake. On September 27, 2010 the status of PT. BJTI as Terminal Operator was confirmed as a Port Business Entity (BUP) based on the Decree of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia Number: KP. 410 of 2010. In January 2012 PT. BJTI expanded its business by operating B / M and Field Activities at PT. Pelindo III (Persero) KupangTenau Branch To strengthen the branding of PT. BJTI in the customer's perspective, then on June 5, 2015, it was re-branding to become "BJTI PORT" by presenting all Stake holders in the Tanjung Perak area. With a new enthusiasm based on the tagline "Pulse of the life of the Country" then the BJTI PORT expanded the scope of its business outside of Surabaya by handling Operational and Maintenance Tools and B / M tools in 8 (eight Branches) in the territory of PT. Pelindo III, namely Gresik, Benoa, Bima, Maumere, Sampit, Batulicin, Kumai and Sheet Branches. At present BJTI PORT has several subsidiaries as in the following chart: PT. BerlianManyar Sejahtera (BMS), PT. BerkahKawasanManyar Sejahtera (BKMS), PT. Pelindo Property Indonesia (PPI), PT. Semarang Bulk Terminal (TCS), PT. North Patchouli Terminal (TNU), PT.
