Abstract
This research is motivated by the increasing needs of the community, including in the field of land transportation. Land transportation is one of the most popular types of transportation at the moment. PO. Budiman is one of the companies engaged in land transportation services that will always provide the best and satisfying service. This study aims to determine consumer satisfaction. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents with quota sampling sampling technique. Analysis of the data used in this research is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistics Package for Social Science (SPSS) version.22. The results of the research by testing the hypothesis of the t-test significantly partially showed that ticket service, trust prices and facilities had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is: Y = 3.837 + 0.199 X1 + 0.307 X2 + 0.263 X3 + . The results of multiple linear regression equations show that there is a positive partial effect between locations on consumer satisfaction (t arithmetic = 2.263> t table = 1.98472), service quality on customer satisfaction (t arithmetic = 3.323> t table = 1.98472), the customer value of customer satisfaction (t count = 3.934> t table = 1.98472).
