Abstract
Injection Repair And Maintenance System To Improve The Performance Of Main Engine In MV. Samudro Endah Injection is a tool that serves to spray fuel into the combustion chamber in the form of mist with the help of a high-pressure pump called bosh pump, this bosh pump that will push the fuel into the injector with high pressure, so that the fuel pushed and out through the hole small injection so that it comes out in the form of fog. Good ignition will produce a good combustion process as well, but if the process of injection abrogation not good, then the combustion process takes place is not good too. If this happens it will cause the temperature of the exhaust gas to increase. The author's purpose is to find out the injection repair and maintenance system, to improve the performance of the host machine, to determine the cause and effect of the injection. After the improvement on the injection fuel supply becomes equally and the pressure on the injector to the parent machine becomes normal again this can be seen at the temperature of the engine exhaust temperature which shows at normal temperature is 3500C at 300 Rpm.
