Abstract
PERAWATAN SISTEM PELUMASAN MOTOR INDUK DI SV. OSAM JUMBO 5 Disusun Oleh : KURNIAWAN ANGGA EKA SAPUTRA NRP : 145220096 Lubrication system is a system in which lubricants lubricate parts of moving objects to raduce friction of the machine object. The function of the lubrication is to reduce or reduce the occurrence of wear between the parts that rub against each other, If the lubricant is not good then it can cause wear and damage to the machine. The engine lubrication system needs to be maintained in order to ensure the smooth performance of the parent machine, due to frequent interruptions in the parent machine caused by the lubrication system is not good and not maintained, so it will result in less maximum performance of the machine then the engine will quickly heat and can damage the components of the parent machine therefore it is very important to be maintained and in care, especially for the lubrication system on the machine. Lubrication system is very important in machining, because lubrication function is to lubricate parts of machine that rub against each other to avoid wear because most of machine parts made of iron and steel cast, for that always check the the lubricant oil in carter if less quickly added and do regular cleaning on L.O cooler and L.O filter of the parent machine.
