Abstract
In ship repair, many things must be considered both in terms of quality and quantity. As in the welding process it can also be used for repairs, for example to fill holes in castings. Make the weld layer on the tool thicken the worn parts. Welding is not the main goal of construction, but only a means to achieve a better manufacturing economy. Because of that the weld design and welding method must really pay attention and show the compatibility between the properties of the weld with the use of construction and its use around it. Using an electric welding machine can already be used for welding in the shipping dock. And inside the shipping dock it is usually used for welding in ship ivory, bottom tanks, replacing the ship's gladak floor by cutting it and replacing it with a new steel plate and connecting it by using electric welding.
