Abstract

How to Manage Governor's Care and Repair Master Machine in KM. Express Bahari Jepara Governor is a device that is used as an automatic regulator of the fuel inlet system on motor fuel. The governor is driven by an electric motor connected to the governor shaft using a V-belt, and the rotation of the shaft governor can be adjusted as needed by using a sliding regulator. The purpose of making this paper is to find out how to make improvements and how the governor works in KM. EXPRESS BAHARI JEPARA, how the governor works is to press the fuel towards the injector to be accurate according to the desired Rpm. Care must also be taken into account, governor care includes, checking oil conditions, checking cooling water, bearing inspection, setting Rpm on the engine. From checking and checking it can prevent the governor from avoiding damage which can result in the performance of the governor not being maximal. The result is that the care from the governor can influence the governor's working system, so the governor can work with maximum performance without serious obstacles.
