Abstract
Turbo Charger is an auxiliary machinery to the transfer scaving air of enters to the cylinder by harnessing the energy of the exhaust gas pressure. If previously relied on air intake vacuum formed because the piston movement in the intake stroke, then by air Turbo Charger pressed into the cylinders using a blower side that is rotated by the exhaust gas turbine. To supporting Turbo Charger diesel engine performance, it is necessary to check and maintenance in order to stem fixed maximum engine performance. it needs to be checked and maintenance in order to stem fixed maximum engine performance. The treatment includes: maintenance of the lubricating oil, maintenance on the turbine and compressor side, as well as other treatments. Checking the intercooler was required in order to determine whether the air generated Turbo Charger really good. Clean the air filter is also important to preserve the cleanliness of the air entering the Turbo Charger so that no foreign objects come inside. Keywords :Turbine, Compressor.
