Abstract

The cylinder head is one of the main coponents of the machine mounted on the cylinder block and in binding using a bolt. The cylinder head must be resistant to temperature and hing preassure during the machine work. There fore the cylinder head is made of pour iron. But now many cylinder alloy that has greater cooling capability than those the made from cast iron. Cylinder head for in the cylinder head componentis very important because it is locatedin the main block of space. The cylinder head acts as a working valves working the intake and exhaust proccesand as a place to attach the injector. Cylinder head can be cracked due to several factors. One of the factors causing crank in the cylinder head is due to the absorption an cooling that dore not work perfectly. Other factor are alsodue to age or fatigue on the cylinder head.
