Abstract

The level of consumer satisfaction is influenced by several factors including service quality factors, facility factors, safety factors, and procedure factors. Of the four, it has an influence on the level of consumer satisfaction at Ahmad Yani Airport Semarang. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there is an influence of service quality factors, facility factors, safety factors and procedure factors on the level of consumer satisfaction at Ahmad Yani Airport Semarang. In this study, the population of the study was passengers at Ahmad Yani Airport Semarang with a sampling system of 100 respondents. The research model is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis using the SPSS V.25 statistical tool obtained a multiple linear regression equation Y = -1.730 + 0.381X1 + 0.244X2 + 0.336X3 + 0.168X4 + µ. Showing that, based on empirical facts (questionnaire filling results) and multiple linear regression results show that the service quality factor variable (X1) has a t count of 4.812 and a t table of 1.98525, then H1 is accepted and significant, the facility factor (X2) has a t count of 3.448 and a t table of 1.98525, then H2 is accepted and significant, the safety factor (X3) has a t count of 3.729 and a t table of 1.98525, then H3 is accepted and significant, the procedure factor (X4) has a t count of 2.162 and a t table of 1.98525, then H4 is accepted and significant. In the determination coefficient test (R Square) the Adjusted R Square value of 0.635 means that 63.5% of the variation in the dependent variable of the consumer satisfaction level factor can be explained by the independent variables of the service quality factor, facility factor, safety factor and procedure factor.
