Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the analysis of customer value, price perception, customer satisfaction, and brand image on customer loyalty. Data collection was carried out using 100 respondents. Through observation methods, literature studies, and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS V.22 program. Based on the results of research and multiple linear regression analysis, the equation is produced: Y = -0.985 + 0.314x1 + 0.267x2 + 0.331x3 + 0.153x4 + μ Where the results of the regression analysis and t-test show that the customer value variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y), the price perception variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y), customer satisfaction (X3) has a positive and significant effect on significant on customer loyalty (Y) and brand image (X4) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y). The results of the coefficient of determination (R2 = 0.508) which means 50.8%, the variable coefficient of customer value, price perception, customer satisfaction, and brand image on customer loyalty is 50.8%, while the remainder (100%-50.8%) = 49.2% is influenced by other variables outside the research.
