Abstract
ABSTRACT In writing this paper was made to explain about service problems before departure at KMP. Musthika Kencana by PT. Dharma Lautan Utama Merak Branch, namely the lack of facilities available at KMP. Musthika Kencana, users of ticketing sensors that are not optimal and bad weather factors. To solve these problems the author provides solutions such as the company PT. Dhrama Lautan Utama provides a solution to ASDP as a provider of ticketing facilities so that facilities are repaired so that the service process runs optimally. The purpose of writing this paper is to find out how the process of implementing services is, to find out what costs arise in the process of servicing passengers and vehicles, to find out the obstacles that occur at the location during the service process, and to find out the parties - related parties during the process of servicing passengers and vehicles. Based on the data collection carried out during the observation, the authors used several methods, namely interviews, observations, and types of data.
