Abstract
this paper is structured with the aim to add insight into the service of crossing passenger ships in ketapang-gilimanuk harbor. This study also aims to find out how much influence the quality of services on the level of statisfaction felt by consumers of KMP. GILIMANUK I and KMP. GILIMANUK II by PT. jemla ferry ketapang branch. In this case PT. jemla ferry branch ketapang provides facilities in providing effective services to service users. to obtain the above objectives, it is used by means of the method of observation interviews, questionnaires. The result obtained in this study are passengership service procedures kmp.gilimanuk I and KMP. GILIMANUK II by PT. jemla ferry branch which is very satisfying for service user.
