Abstract
Crane is a tool for moving goods from ship to land or from land to ship. When lifting and repairing the bouy, a hydraulic crane is needed to move the bouy from ship to sea or from sea to ship. In this maintenance, it must be run optimally, so that the Hydraulic Crane can function safely and on time when the ship is carrying out Bouy repairs. This paper aims to find out how to properly and properly maintain hydraulic cranes by knowing the efforts made so that the hydraulic crane functions optimally. Data collection methods used in problem solving are qualitative data and quantitative data. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. In conducting the research, the authors used several methods, namely interviews, observation and document study. The result of writing this paper is that the Hydraulic Crane, there are many parts that must be maintained so that the operation can work optimally, maintenance that is often checked on the oil tank hydraulic. Interference or damage occurs due to lack of care. Regular maintenance can extend the life of the crane and expedite the work onboard. Keywords : Crane hydraulic, maintenance, Bouy
