Nusa Trans Segara Semarang and taken as many as 85 respondents. Using Simple Random Sampling technique. Data collection methods used are the method of observation and questionnaire. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. From the result of research there is correlation between independent variable with dependent variable, hypothesis test using t test show that the independent variable that is job satisfaction (X1) studied proved to have negative effect and significant;y influence the dependent variable intensity turnover (Y). While both employment conflict variable (X2) and job stress (X3) studied proved to have positive effect and significantly influence the dependent variable intensity turnover, with work environment variable (X3) has the highest influence from other variable in influencing intensity turnover. The result of calculation using SPSS Ver. 23 on coefficient of determinator (Adjusted R. Suare = 0,584) mean of 58.4 %, the coefficient of job satisfaction variable (X1), conflict employment (X2) and work stress (X3) influence the intensity turnover (Y). A value of 58.4%, while the rest (100% - 58.4% = 41.6%) is influenced by other variables outside research or outside the regression model. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Conflict Employment, Work Stress, Intensity Turnover.
