Abstract

Garut Regency is one of the cities in West Java which has a fast, growing development. Therefore, the government must provide city facilities and infrastructure to support the development and/or development of a certain area (activity center) or location that must have an influence on the surrounding traffic. The purpose of writing this paper is to find out the procedures for publishing a traffic impact analysis document, to find out what buildings are required to carry out a traffic impact analysis and to know what to do to carry out a traffic impact analysis. Based on data collection carried out during land practice, the author uses several methods of observation, interviews, and document analysis, which obtained are the procedures that must be carried out, among others, receiving the disposition of licensing permits that have been discussed at the Integrated Licensing and Investment Service. This is done in order to be able to get approval, there are certain criteria or types of buildings, including infrastructure development centers and others, and there are documents that must be made by the applicant in order to carry out the process that must be carried out. effective if the service provides good socialization and understanding to the general public so that damage to buildings that do not comply with procedures can be reduced.
