Abstract
In connection with the arrival and departure of ships, shipping companies really need services to handle ship arrivals and departures. This paper describes the handling of arrivals and departures of ships TB, DEL 01/BG.KELEDANG 99 which is handled by PT. Indo Dharma Transport. The purpose of writing this paper is to find out the activities of the arrival and departure of ships and the obstacles faced when handling ships starting from before the ship arrives, when the ship arrives, until the ship departs. Based on the data collection carried out in the writing of this paper, the author uses several methods, namely, observation, interviews, document studies, and literature studies. The result of the discussion of this paper is the handling of the arrival and departure of the ship TB.DEL 01/BG.KELEDANG 99 by PT. Indo Dharma Transport. The results of the problems that the author brings in this paper have been resolved by methods that are in accordance with the objectives of the paper. Keywords: Handling, Arrival, Departure
