Abstract
PT. Berlian Lautan sejahtera is a shipping company that provides sea transportation and crossing services with a special market segmen for passenger, vehicle and goods cargo with fairly broad marketing field. One of the vision of PT. Berlian Lautan sejahtera is implementing services that cover the archipelago. Long cross voyage is a crossing that takes hours and even days to travel by sea (cruise) In doing sea voyages (cruise) PT. Berlian Lautan sejahtera provides 4 (four) fleets of long cross vessels for all voyages, namely : KM. Niki Sae, KM. Niki sejahtera, KM. Niki Barokah, KM. Mila Utama. The existing system at PT. Berlian Lautan sejahtera often delays in carrying out the vehicle embarkation processs at the port tanjung perak surabaya. So we need information services that can facilitate the user in obtaining information about ship departure schedules and other information needed by service users in ship departures at PT.
