Abstract
In the loading and unloading activities to handle the loading and unloading of Natural Gypsum during this pandemic, so that the unloading service procedure can be carried out smoothly, it is necessary to have preparations for handling the loading and unloading. port area. The purpose of writing this paper is to find out and explain about the activities of the correct loading and unloading preparation process and find out what documents are prepared by loading and unloading companies for ships that have finished unloading. As well as knowing the obstacles that often occur in loading Natural Gypsum. The method used in writing this paper uses the method of observation, interviews, and literature. In this case collecting data on the object of observation, as well as collection of documents and data related to the activities of unloading Natural Gypsum. Based on the results of the discussion, it has been obtained that in the activities of the loading and unloading company, it plays a very important role in the smooth operation of the Natural Gypsum unloading service procedure in the activities of handling Natural Gypsum unloading and handling documents as evidence of the completion of loading and unloading. The conclusion from this discussion is that the loading and unloading company plays a very important role in the activities of the Natural Gypsum unloading service procedure and handles documents until the completion of the unloading.
