Abstract
Optimalize maintenance tools of loading and discharging for loading and discharging activity to much important. If the maintenance of loading tools and discharging tool never doing not good so it can make process loading and discharging stuck and harm full for many element . So because the problem, the writer compare about theory with reality do in the real situation, so that papers have a reason for knowing how to maintenance of discharging and loading tools with in good and always ready to use. For knowing so far the effect of not good protocol maintenance to process of loading and discharging. To knowing the problems of discharging and loading tools in discharging and loading activity on the vessel and how to resolve the problem. The method used by the writer is observation method, interview method, and documentation method to collect data where the author practices. obstacles the discharge and loading tools work not effective with one is when the maintenance do it not right. So the knowledge can make every element in these thinks a ware how important optimalize maintenance of discharging and loading tools for discharging and loading activity effectively.
