Abstract
Navigation tools are one of the branches of Navigation Science that every navigator should learn. Because navigation contains the safety of ship travel, navigation tools must be made more modern and in tune with developments and technological advances. with the aim of providing theories about electronic navigation equipment properly and correctly. In accordance with good data methods by observation, interviews and library research that the authors collect, a discussion of the problem of the Procedure for Using Electronic Navigation Devices can be taken, so that the results of how electronic navigation tools work and can see the procedures for operating electronic navigation tools in various ways, including by doing introduction and dissemination of various electronic navigation tools, following seafarers' skills training and conducting refresher or certificate revalidation.
