Abstract
The sea water cooling pump is one of the auxiliary aircraft that supports the operation of the main engine. Because an operating engine will burn, so it will cause heat or radiation if the cooling is less than the maximum, the engine temperature will increase, and affect the material. The purpose of this paper is to determine the factors that affect the less optimal work of the seawater cooling pump, what efforts must be made so that the pump works perfectly and the effect of the lack of pump maintenance on the work of the main engine. In this writing, the data collection method is by observation or observation. Interviews are carried out systematically with officers of the KN.Prajapati machine section.
