Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the handling of export documents and document delivery effectiveness documents. PT Scenic International Trading is a Korean private company focuses on export and international shipping. The company thinks it is so important to achieve customer satisfaction in handling export documents. From data processing can There appears to be a significant influence on document handling in export management effectiveness of document delivery. Activities that are done is about making the main document handling exports such as commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Instruction, re-checking the draft Export Notification Goods (PEB) and the draft Export Service Note (NPE).
