Abstract
This research is motivated by the development of the world of marine transportation and the sophistication of technology that has led to the application of the inaportnet system so that the management of marine transportation needs can run fast, valid, transparent and standardized as well as minimal costs so that it can also increase the competitiveness of ports in Indonesia, the inaportnet system is also expected to be able encourage the performance of ship services at the port so that it can also affect ship waiting time. This study aims to determine whether the quality of the system, the quality of information and the quality of human resources affect the waiting time for ships at the Tanjung Emas Port Semarang. The sample in this study amounted to 72 people with a non-probabling sampling method with a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistic Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 26. The results of the research with partial t-test testing show that quality The system has no positive and insignificant effect on ship waiting time, but the quality of information and the quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on ship waiting time. The results of the research with the f-test simultaneously showed that the quality of the system, the quality of information and the quality of human resources simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on ship waiting time. Based on the research results it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is Y = 0.627 + 0.086.X1 + 0.296.X2 + 0.307.X3 + µ. The results of the t-test show that the quality of the system has no partial positive effect on ship waiting time (t count = 1.049 <t table 1.99547), and shows that there is a partially positive influence between the quality of information and the waiting time of the ship (t count = 2,614> t table 1.99547), the quality of human resources with ship waiting time (t count = 4.586> t table 1.99547). The f-test results show the results of f count = 64.165> f table 2.74.
