Abstract
ABSTRACT purpose of writing this final task is to know the company of Marine Freight Expedition (EMKL) in the process of shipping export goods as well as the obstacles that in the natural marine Cargo expedition in the implementation of the export. The method used is a case study by taking certain objects for analysis in depth by focusing on some problems. The data collection used is observation is an activity of obtaining the necessary information to present a real picture of an event or event to answer the observation question. The result of this land practice (PRADA) can be concluded that the Marine Cargo expedition (EMKL) has two roles, the first is as a Forwarder or as a Consolidation payload, its task is to be responsible in the cargo on the shipping agent. The second role is as deputy exporter that the Marine Cargo expedition (EMKL) will be able to act as the owner of export goods and responsible for the delivery of export goods, including the management of export documents. The obstacles faced by Marine Cargo expedition (EMKL) are: 1. Regulation: The slow voyage that occurs in the shipping company in the taking of D/O, so often there is a delay that will cause submission to the receiver will be late, 2. Document management: The existence of documents that do not clearly explain the conditions of the goods as a result of customs and excise officers are not convinced or suspicious of the correctness of the condition of the item so that it will be checked on the goods, 3. Always disconnected Internet network that inhibits the transmission of The suggestion that the author can ask is that the company can add a qualified workforce, because it always gets a solid order and must be carried out quickly. In addition to attracting prospective exporters should the office relocate due to the circumstances of uncomfortable environment especially during the rainy season flood flooded office, as well as the placement of a less strategic nameplate should be moved to a place that is easily seen by the wider community as well as by Costomer.
