Abstract
The writing of this paper aims to explain the process of clearance in / clearance out services by the agency company PT. Taruna Cipta Kencana Lampung branch. The data collection method used in writing this paper is to use the method of observation carried out in the field directly, the literature study method is an attempt by the author to collect relevant information. The results obtained from the discussion are that the author has known and explained about several things, such as what documents are needed during the process of clearance in / clearance out, which parties are involved in supporting the process of clearance in / clearance out services what costs are incurred and also how the process of cleareance in /cleareance out services by the agency company PT.
