Abstract

PT. Tera Logistic Indonesia Batang branched is a shipping company engaged in ship agency and unload cargo of Fertilizer. PT. Tera Logistic Indonesia Batang branch responsible for providing operational services .This paper uses qualitative research methods that are ready to get the results of data through direct sources with instruments from the researchers themselves. From this method can help the writing of this paper with lancer and good.The result of this paper is an agent role in serving the arrival and departure of vessels owned by PT. Tera Logistic Indonesia Batang branch is less than the maximum in preparation of the required documents.
