Abstract
The main discussion in writing about the procedure of making container loading and unloading schedules at PT. Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines (SPIL) Jakarta. There are some background problems that must be solved by the author, namely the procedure of making container loading and unloading schedules, making loading and unloading container schedules when the internet system at the office is down, obstacles when making schedules, solutions to overcome the constraints of making loading and unloading schedules. The purpose of writing a paper that is none other than to know the procedures for making container loading and unloading schedules, knowing the making of schedules when the internet system is down, knowing the constraints and solutions when making loading and unloading container schedules. Based on data collection conducted during land practice (Prada), the author uses several methods, namely interviews, observations and types of data. The results of this paper are knowing the procedures for making container loading and unloading schedules in accordance with the standard roles and authority given to the ship ops admin staff such as: Conducting Daily Vessel Schedule meetings, updating BS schedules and Input data, making open stack requests, making data Edibaplie, prepare data for ship berth, supervise ship berth, make tentative bayplan, acc mualim 1, manage data from foreman, make bayplan online, conduct clearance, inform ship departure, input ship departure and re-schedule ship for ship next voyage.
