Abstract

Docking Procedure on boardof MV Mara owned by PT. Pelayaran Sinar Shipping Indonesia National sea transportation which that continues to increase need to balanced with the maintenance of ships can put a risk on navigation and endanger human lives. Therefore ship maintenance is one of the activities that must be done. This is because it relates to the safety and regulations of the Indonesian Classification Bureau, one of it is the procedure of ships docking. The purpose of this study is to find out about the PT. Pelayaran Sinar Shipping Indonesia . Data collection methods used were documentation and field research methods that use observation techniques and interview techniques. The result of this paper is that the PT. Pelayaran Sinar Shipping Indonesia has been carried out in accordance with the docking standard procedure of set by the Indonesian Classification Bureau.
