Abstract
Predicting the arrival of rain with cloud observation optimization methods. Planning accurate observations of rain and strom as reliable information for shipping safety. Planning observations in terms of Meteorology called observation is done by using tools and visual observations. Examples of results are rainfall data in an area, storm arrival, minimum maximum temperature data, wind speed and evaporation of water. In realizing accurate information during the observation process must first know about how the equipment works, maintenance of equipment and measurement and operation of equipment, provisions relating to the accuracy of the data. Doing an observation must pay attention to the properties of an object, considering that the object is not just one and different, the seasons also affect the nature of the object with each other. Therefore the role of the Observer (the person in charge of observing) is very reliable in this regard. So that observations can be done correctly.
