Abstract
Injector is a device that serves to spray fuel into the combustion chamber. Fuel is sprayed in the form of mist by using high pressure pump called a bosh pump. The injector is very important and plays a major role in supporting the performance of the main engine. First the purpose of this paper is to determine the damage to the injector. Secondly to know the effects of injector ignition that is not optimal, and to know how to maintenance adjust the injector. Data sources are an important part of this paper. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection method is the most strategic method in writing this paper. The data collection methods used include, the method of observation, the method of interview, the method of literature. The results of this paper are able to determine the effect of injector interference on the main engine. The conclusion at this writing is the routine maintenance is carried out will support the performance of the engine, that caused performance of the injector is not optimal produce a perfect ignition for the combustion process. Factors that are caused by damage to the injector are irregular maintenance, low-quality fuel and improper adjustments. Keywords : injector, Repair, Maintenance..
