In collecting data, the author uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data is carried out by interviewing directly to the parties concerned. While secondary data is obtained from books, records, reports, and archives that are usually obtained by the media. The results of the writing conclude that, with the ETOS (Electronic Terminal Operation System) to assist the process of loading and unloading containers at the company, it will be more practical and efficient.
