Abstract
PT. ASDP at Bawean port in Gresik is owned by the Indonesian government. One of the services in Bawean port is handling agent. Handling agent is shipping company representatives to taking care of document needed for clearance in and clearance out. The purpose of study is to know about handling agent works at Bawean port. The data collecting methods were library research, interview, and field research the result of this study is handle documents clearances in order to avoid delays.
