Abstract
Steam boiler is an aircraft whose function is to convert water into steam by heating process through combustion of fuel in the combustion chamber. So the main ingredients of the kettle filling water must be completely clean of any dirt and crust that can be attached to the wall of the kettle. If this is left then over time will be porous and the kettle can be damaged. To prevent the formation of the crust or corrosion of the kettle then the water is cleaned first by entering certain chemicals into the water stuffing. The chemical can be inserted before water enter the boiler (External Water Treatment) and after water enter the boiler (Internal Water Treatment). Corrosion prevention can be done by inserting certain chemicals into the water and by draining the vapor towards the direction of the water flow, so here the water flow is tangent to the steam stream.
