Abstract

Injector Treatment and Injector Pump in fuel ignition system is very important to be maintained in order to maximize the combustion process and the homogenization of combustion. Good injectors on diesel motors can maximize the performance of the machine during operation to run the machine with a maximum according to Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) on the Ship KM. SAR SADEWA 231. Based on the background that has been put forward, then the problem in this research can be identified to be a focus of the problem in cases one by one very closely related to each other so that can be taken the formulation of the problem as follows. In order to learn and know the condition of Injector and Pump Injector in order to run the procedure how to treat it to work properly. The fuel ignition of the injector is required for a perfect combustion process in the cylinder, the combustion is provided by the heat generated by the compression of the outside air but the flame will not occur without the addition of oxygen. Thus the combustion in the cylindrical chamber due to a fire triangle is , Air, Fuel, Fire. Injector examination and adjustment is very closely related to whether or not the combustion is perfect because it relates to the relationship with the homogenization of fuel and air mixtures. Keywords : Injector Treatment, How it Works
