Abstract

Effect of interference on the injector in the operation of the Master Machine on the KANWIL DJBC Special Islands of Riau Injector is a device that serves to spray fuel into the combustion chamber in the form of fog with the help of a high pressure pump called bosh pump, this bosh pump which will press fuel into the injector with high pressure, so that the crust / particles that come out of the tank fuel that passes through the injector hole is small in size so that the injector needle is blocked, of course there will be leakage and blockage in the injector. blockages in the injector will affect the quality of spraying that is not optimal, and leaks in the injector will cause fires, poor engine performance, and cause engine damage. This affects the removal because good removal will also produce a good combustion process, but if the injector is not properly processed, then the combustion process is not good either. The purpose of the author is to write this to find out the effect of interference on the Injector in the operation of the parent machine. After checking and repairing the injector on the main engine to be normal again this can be seen at the exhaust temperature of the main engine which shows at a normal temperature of 360 ° at the turn of the Rpm.
