Abstract
Injectors are the main components in diesel fuel systems. The injector serves to deliver diesel fuel from the injection pump into the cylinder at each end of the compression step where the piston (piston) approaches the TMA position. The injector is designed to receive fuel pressure from a high pressure injection pump to form a pressurized mist, this pressure results in an increase in the combustion temperature in the cylinder. Injector pressure in main SV. PROSPERO 8 is between 240 to 250 kg / cm². The purpose of writing this paper is to determine the effect of treatment on the age of the injector, to find out the damage to the injector, to get a solution to regular maintenance on a regular basis in order to reduce the problem on the injector. After checking the get nozzle on the injector does not completely flush, so it must be carried out periodic maintenance on the injector to get a perfect fogging up to 240 psi and maximize combustion in the cylinder. The factors that cause incomplete combustion in diesel motors are one of which is the pressure of fuel removal which is injected on the injector (nozzel) which is not good. So for that the need for research on injectors (nozzel) with the aim to determine the effect of the injector opening pressure (nozzel) on an indirect injection type diesel motor which has an impact on engine performance.
