Abstract

The Operation and Maintenance Procedure of AC Chilled Water In KM KELUD PT. Pelni (Persero) Arranged by: HABIBUR ROCHMAN NRP.145220082 The function of AC Chilled Water is to cool the water media, where the water is off or flowed on the chiller evaporator, after which the water is flown to the Air Handling Unit (AHU) to be cooled by blowing into the room by blower, then entering each room on the ship . Chilled Water Air Conditioning first do the machine disassembly by removing the refrigeration machine, for the engine parts then clean it with vacuum method, and tools such as expansion valve or expansion capillary pipe clean with air compressor, and to ensure that the tool has been repaired properly and properly then do it install to check whether the tool can be used properly or not and do care with caution and not in a hurry so no more repetition of work.
