Abstract

COOLING MACHINE AND OPERATION (REFRIGERATOR) KMN.MINA LESTARI JAYA By the time, Refrigerator are used according to human needs. Refrigerator fishing vessel are reviewed form their usefulness and have different functions. The function of this Refrigerator is to keep fresh fish. The purpose of this study is to discuss how to treat and operate. Looking for the cause of damage that often arises in the Refrigerator. Damage that often are broken the compressor, evaporator, and the impermeability of the in the refrigeration hatch. Maintenance is carried out by checking temperature, lubrication and suitable replacement. Frequent occurrence of ice flowers is a problem that often occurs in cooling. Defrosting is a method of removing ice flowers using heating elements. The study was conducted by observation, documentation, literature and interviews. The cause of the functioning Refrigerator properly is the lack of maintenance. Compressor is leaking turned off because of evaporator and impermeability of the door. Repairing and maintenance of Refrigerator must be done according to the instruction manual book. Maintenance Refrigerator is done regularly and periodically.
