Abstract
This research is motivated by the influence of change that triggers the emergence of structural transformation which has implications for shifting values, attitudes, ways of life, human behavior, systems, and so on where this impacts on life. All the potential of human resources is very influential on the efforts of the organization in achieving its objectives so that between the organization and the individual within it is one talent that cannot be separated. This study uses independent variables namely Motivation (X1), Leadership (X2), Supervision (X3) and employee performance as the dependent variable (Y). Data collection in the study used a questionnaire method distributed to 50 employees at the KSOP Class I Office in Tanjung Balai Karimun Saturated Sample. While the analysis is done by processing data using SPSS version 22.0 for windows. The results of the regression analysis and t test can be seen that the Motivation, Leadership and Supervision variables have a positive effect on employee performance variables. The results of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R² = 0.528) means 52.8%, the coefficients of the Motivation, Leadership and Supervision variables influence employee performance. The value is 52.8% while the rest (100% - 52.8% = 48.2%) is influenced by other variables outside the research or outside the regression equation model such as Discipline, and Individual Characteristics.
