Abstract

The main topic in writing this paper is about the process of completion of export documents by PT. Sinergi Mitra Transindo. There are several background issues that must be completed writer is the process of export activities, product legality requirements, goods groupings and expenditure requirements of goods abroad, what documents are involved in the export documentation process, and the relevant parties in the international trading activities of the export group. PT. Sinergi Mitra Transindo (Smart Logistic) is a company that Serves Custom Clearance of Export and Import of general industrial goods and some products for Asia, European and American destinations through core activities in forwarding, transportation, warehousing and project cargo. The purpose of writing this paper is none other than to know how the process of export activities, the requirements of product legality, knowing the grouping of goods and requirements of expenditure of goods abroad, knowing the relevant documents in the process of export documentation, knowing the parties concerned in the international trade activities of the export group. Based on data collection conducted during internship (Prada), the author uses several methods of test, interview, observation, questionnaire, survey and document analysis as well as the source and type of data. The results of the discussion of this paper is the completion of wood processing documents owned by PT. Bromo Falcata Indonesia by EMKL PT. Sinergi Mitra Transindo (Smart Logistic) will run smoothly without any hindrance if each party (exporter and importer) can fulfill the agreed requirements procedure.
