Abstract
PT. Multi Terminal Indonesia Branch Surabaya. As a subsidiary of State Owned Company (SOE), PT. Port of Indonesia II (Persero) has the intensity of export and import services in the field of logistics, warehousing, freight forwarding, and transportation services via sea, land and air. One of them is the management of import documents owned by PT. Intisehat Prima Makmur, who writers adopted in this paper. in the management of this import document PT. Prima Makmur Intisehat one as customer service customer PT. Multi Terminal Indnesia. In this activity, China's fresh fruit (fresh apple) amount is 3792 CTNS. For this research using data collection method Observation Method (Observation) and Method of interview (interview). The completion of the import document will be successful if each party (exporter-importer) can meet the agreed requirements procedures.The basic documents required in the process of importing fresh fruit include Bill of Lading, Packing List, Invoice. And the procedures for the expenditure of imported fruit products include the Sailing Procedure, Customs Procedures, Ports Procedures. And in the expenditure of this Fruit PT.Multi Terminal Indonesia does not stand alone but in collaboration with other relevant agencies such as Shipping Company in terms of D / O expenditure, KPPBC Tanjung Perak surabaya in the case of custom declaration.
