Abstract
In achieving the purpose of ship service agency services PT. Tri Elang Jaya Maritim which is one of the agency shipping companies in Banten that develops businesses in the field of agency services. Agencies in shipping bussines may be defined as representatives for and on behalf of shipping companies or ships in preparing for the activities of ships during ports to proceed as planned, preparing facilities before the vessel arrives and completes financial obligations after the vessel departs, so as to provide full service to the interests of the ship during dipelabuhan. If the service of a ship is deemed good and deemed to be in line with the customer's needs as well as the reasonable cost of payments made by the customer is deemed fair, it is possible that the customer will appoint the agent to serve the ship operated by pelanngan on subsequent visits.
