Abstract
Discussions during the writing of this paper is about the process of handling export goods using container reefer by Mediterranean Shipping Company As one of the companies engaged in shipping services of course Mediterranean Shipping Company has several facilities to export and import. Mediterranean Shipping Company has sufficient intensity by providing refrigerated container facilities for exporters in the presence of refrigerated container to facilitate the export and import activities with the desired cargo. Already many customers who remain even increase every year because it authors lift the export handling process using refrigerated container in this paper. Based on research conducted during land practice, the author uses several methods of data collection that is the method of observation, method of analysis, interview method and documentation method, and the source and type of data. In the process of handling export documents a lot of things to be considered. From Shipping Instuction details, loading process, up to Invoice. Many customers who have proven the service of Mediterranean Shipping Company very satisfactory. Because one of the target of Mediterranean Shipping Company it self is completion of export and import documents professionally. Because Mediterranean Shipping Company is International.
