Abstract

Import Services Garment From China To PT. Yong Jin Sport By PT. Adi Caraka Tirta Containerline The purpose of writing this paper to know about the procedure of handling imported goods, to know the documents required for import procedures, the parties involved in the import process, and to know the obstacles when the processing of garment imported goods from China to PT. Yong Jin Sport by PT. Adi Caraka Tirta Containerline. For the data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is done by interviewing directly with the parties related to import procedures, while secondary data is obtained from books, report notes, or archives obtained from the media.Data collection methods used are observation and survey directly on the object of research. The results concluded that PT. Adi Caraka Tirta Containerline Semarang branch is an EMKL which has one of the tasks to import goods from customs area and domestic and expenditure of goods from harbor environment until the goods arrive at importer warehouse. Therefore, PT. Adi Caraka Tirta Containerline demonstrates the professionalism of its performance to maintain trust for EMKL service users. Keywords: import, customs clearance, EMKL
